- Checks: To report a lost or stolen check, electronic banking users may request a stop payment through Online Banking, or during regular business hours call 1-800-272-9933, or contact your Banner Bank branch. It will help to have the check number, amount and payee of the last legitimate check written. To protect you from the possibility of future fraudulent activity, it may be necessary to open a new account.
