Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Lloyd Baker joined the company as Asset Liability Manager in 1994 and was named to his current position in August of 2000. A member of the Executive Management Committee, Mr. Baker is responsible for financial and management reporting, asset liability and portfolio management, and strategic planning for both the holding company and the bank. Prior to joining Banner Corporation, he served in several asset liability and portfolio management positions with Far West Federal Bank in Portland, Oregon, and Fidelity Mutual Savings Bank in Spokane, Washington. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Western Heritage Federal Savings & Loan in Pendleton, Oregon, and Community Savings & Loan Association in Wenatchee, Washington. A graduate of the University of Washington School of Business, he has more than 30 years of banking experience in the Pacific Northwest.
