- As your checks are presented for payment, our system compares each check to your issued file
- Any items not matching on check number or amount (and are not stopped, voided or dormant) are not paid unless you specifically authorize them
- Before 10:00 a.m. each morning (Pacific Standard Time), you have the ability to view any exception items and make a pay/no pay decision
