Overdraft Consent ("Opt-In") 

(Personal Checking Accounts Only)

You may have read or heard about the Federal Government regulations that cover one-time debit card and ATM transactions. Because of these regulations, we must have a personal checking account holder's consent prior to covering debit card and ATM transactions that would create an overdraft. This applies to customers with overdraft protection from savings or line of credit, as well as customers eligible for Banner Coverage – your checking account safety net, available up to an assigned limit. Your options are to:

  • Request coverage of everyday debit card and ATM transactions, select "Consent".
  • Remove those transactions from coverage, select "Decline".
