We're excited to welcome you to Banner Bank. This page is a resource center to help you transition your accounts to Banner Bank and to help you get started with Banner Online Banking. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us.

Once your accounts are converted to Banner Bank, here are tips to get started with Banner Online Banking:

  • Online Banking: Sign in to Banner Online Banking with your existing login credentials. Current browsers required. The first time you sign in, you will receive a secure access code.
  • Bill Pay: If you use Bill Pay, your payee and scheduled payments will be available in Banner Online Banking; however, you will need to approve existing recurring payments and any new payees. You will also need to reestablish transfers to other banks as new payees in Bill Pay and may need to re-set up electronic payees.
  • Mobile App: You will need to download Banner Bank's mobile app for Android or iOS devices and sign in with your online banking login credentials.
  • eStatements: If you receive your statements online, you must enroll for eStatements within Banner Online Banking.

What happens to my existing direct deposits or automatic payments?

Your existing direct deposits and automatic payments will continue uninterrupted. If you want to add new direct deposits or automatic payments, please use your existing account number and Banner Bank's routing number: 323371076.

How will I receive any future Federal Stimulus Payments?

If you previously received a federal stimulus payment through direct deposit to your Islanders Bank account, the bank information the Internal Revenue Service has on file for you will automatically transfer to Banner Bank.

Do I need to order new checks?

Continue using your Islanders Bank checks until they run out. Order new Banner Bank checks by signing into Banner Online Banking.

As part of Islanders Bank transition to Banner Bank, you will need to make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software to ensure a smooth transition. The conversion instructions reference these two Action Dates:

1st Action Date: February 5, 2021

A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.

2nd Action Date: February 8, 2021

This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.
