It’s a familiar Seattle drizzle as Larry Hou walks from his car to an impressive 130,000 square-foot warehouse. It belongs to the importing company started in Seattle by his parents in the 1970s. And while the building is new to him, he’s known the business his entire life.

My dad’s first location was shared with a trucking company. This place is a hundred times that one. Banner made this big step a lot easier.
