Take control of business card management with SpendTrack

SpendTrack is a powerful online credit card management platform designed to simplify the way organizations manage company card programs. Whether you're a program administrator overseeing hundreds of accounts or a cardholder managing day-to-day spending, SpendTrack gives you the tools and visibility you need in one convenient location.

Manage your business credit card online:

  1. Once your new Business credit card account is opened, Banner Bank enrolls the Business Owner (the primary cardholder identified on the credit card application) with Primary Program Administrator access to SpendTrack.
  2. Within 2 days of account opening, the Business Owner receives an email from alerts@spendtrack.com with registration instructions. Be on the lookout for that email and follow the instructions provided to access the online platform. If you did not receive an email, call us at 800-272-9933.
  3. Once registered as the Primary Program Administrator, you can designate additional administrators to help you manage your credit card account, and invite company employees with cards to access SpendTrack to view and manage their cards.

Ways to access SpendTrack:

For Business Owners: For Cardholders:

 From Banner Online Banking: 

  • Click Manage Card
  • Select SpendTrack from the drop-down menu

From the Banner Bank home page: 

  • Click Online Access under Access Your Accounts
  • Select SpendTrack under the Business drop-down

For Banner Bank Business Cash Rewards Clients:
Your Banner Bank Mastercard® card comes with a Cash Rewards program. You'll earn automatic cash rewards for qualifying purchases made with your company cards. 
When a new Business credit card account is opened, Banner Bank enrolls the Business Owner as the designated person to access the Cash Rewards program website to view and redeem rewards. 

To access the Cash Rewards program online:

  1. Log in to your companies Banner Bank Online Banking
  2. Click Manage Card
  3. Select “Credit Card TruRewards” from the drop down menu
