Meet Our Team

Our team has more than 50 years of accumulated experience providing statement analysis to find savings, consultation on best practices for card acceptance, equipment recommendations, research for larger merchants with more specific needs or Independent Software Vendors, and support for merchants day-to-day processing needs. Enabling acceptance of card payments online and in-person with a variety of digital and in-store solutions. Our hands-on sales process and automated approval capabilities enable you to get up and running in 3 to 5 days. 
Mark Graham, Merchant Services Program Manager
Mark has a bachelor’s degree from Montana State University and nearly 20 years of merchant services experience. He began his career with a merchant services vendor—a Silicon Valley startup—helping it grow to $14 billion in processing revenue over 12 years. Mark’s been coaching the Banner Bank Merchant Services team and serving our clients since 2015. He continues to be energized by the dynamic nature of the industry.
Lori Harada, Senior Merchant Services Consultant
With a bachelor’s degree and more than 25 years of diverse financial industry experience, Lori is passionate about helping internal and external clients succeed. She continually seeks to learn more about the industry and ways to serve and support clients.
Holly Kaiser, Merchant Services Consultant
Holly has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with an emphasis on merchant solutions. She’s been with Banner Bank since 2016. In serving clients, she draws upon her previous roles as a business manager, sales auditor and human resources professional.
Ryan Admire, Merchant Services Consultant
Starting as a bank teller in 2008, Ryan worked his way into management and built a career in financial services. He’s been supporting businesses with merchant solutions as a member of the Banner Bank team since 2018.
