Year-End Tax Statements Available By January 31

Year-end tax statements for 2025 will be mailed and available within Banner Online Banking by January 31, 2026. 

Within Online Banking
To access your tax statement in online banking, you must be signed up to receive electronic statements and notices. Click on “Statements, Notices, Taxes” under the “Transactions” tab in the main menu to get started., Visit our Electronic Statements & Notices page for more information and a step-by-step guide on how to enroll.

By Mail
Your tax statement will automatically be mailed to you if you have not elected to receive your statements and notices within online banking. If you need to update your mailing address, you can do so in online banking by selecting the Services tab from the Menu button, or call us at the phone number below and we’ll assist you. 

Need Assistance?
If you do not receive your statement by February 10, 2026, or need another copy, please call us at 800-272-9933 (7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PT weekdays) to request a copy. We are unable to provide additional or replacement copies before February 10th.
