Online Banking Upgrade

Coming April 21 — Business Online & Commercial Online Banking Upgrade

On Tuesday, April 21, business and commercial online banking will be unavailable from 4 a.m. to 7 a.m. (PT) for routine maintenance and to install several improvements. No action is required by you to initiate this automatic upgrade.

NEW ENHANCEMENTS

The upgraded online banking experience will preserve existing functionality plus improve navigation and include several additional improvements.

RECIPIENTS

  • Bulk recipient approval enhancements – To streamline managing and approving multiple recipients at the same time, the Manage Recipients page has been updated to include:
    • New icons, expanded filtering options, and improvements to accessibility;
    • Increased oversight of changes made by users across your institution;
    • The ability to reject or modify up to 25 recipients at the same time; and
    • There is a new prenote indicator for recipients. For payments with new recipients and zero-dollar transactions, the status will show as ‘Prenote.’ Payments with existing recipients will show as ‘Prenote verified.’ The status of these payments is visible in the Activity Center. Note: Applicable only to ACH batch, single payment and payroll.

ACH & WIRES 

  • The IMAD field label within the Wire Activity workflow has been changed to Identifier
  • The Reference for Beneficiary field now accepts 35 characters for domestic wire and international wire payment forms. 
  • New Structured Addenda provides a form which generates a structured addenda record for CCD payments to convey information to the recipient about the reason for payment. Once the payment is drafted or approved, the addenda details will appear with the transaction data in your Activity Center. Note: The structured addenda permission can be enabled by request.

REPORTING

  • Integrated ACH Reporting Files is a new menu option under Reports to quickly view reporting for the past five business days within online banking.
  • The Checks Paid Report will now display check images that can be printed. Note: Applicable to Commercial Online Banking only.
