Annual Escrow Analysis Statement for Washington
The Annual Escrow Analysis Statement for Washington mortgage clients will be mailed by the end of May. This annual statement summarizes mortgage escrow payments and any insurance and/or tax disbursements over the past year. The statement also includes information about whether you have an escrow shortage or overage.
Please review your Escrow Analysis Statement, paying particular attention to any changes in your upcoming monthly payment. Most payment changes will be effective with the July installment. Be sure to update your payment amount with any bill payment service you may have established. We also invite you to review more detailed information about escrow accounts, the annual analysis process, and how payments, shortages and overages are handled.
If you do not receive your Annual Escrow Analysis Statement by June 9, 2025 or if you have additional questions, please contact us at mortgagecustomerservice@bannerbank.com, call direct at 509-524-5068 or toll-free at 800-272-9933 and ask for the Mortgage Customer Service team (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT weekdays). A change of address can also be completed through Online Banking by selecting the Services tab from the Menu button.
Mortgage Loan Details
Each month we will mail you a statement that shows general loan information and recent activity. If you prefer, you can view your mortgage information at any time by signing up for Banner Online Banking. Simply click the “Enroll in Online Banking” link and follow the prompts to get started. Once enrolled in Online Banking you can also sign up for electronic statements by expanding the “Transactions” menu, clicking “Statements” and following the prompts.
Pay your mortgage the way you choose.
Automatic Payments: Simply download, complete and return the Auto Pay form to us (link below) to have your payment automatically deducted from your checking or savings account each month.
Online: Sign up for Banner Online Banking to see information on your mortgage, pay your bill manually each month or set up recurring payments from an account at another financial institution.
In Person: Find a Banner Bank branch near you.
By Mail: Include your loan number on your check and mail your payment to: Banner Bank, PO Box 1117 Walla Walla, WA 99362.
