Monthly Service Fee: $35.00

Includes online reporting and statements, 24/7/365 support, equipment replacement at no additional cost and merchant services consultation with our experts. 

Setup Fee: $0

Equipment Fee: $0

Bundle includes one of the following equipment types: Handheld Terminal, Virtual Terminal or Mobile Card Reader.

Qualified Transactions: 1.85% for card-present and 2.35% for card-not-present environments

These meet discount rate requirements and include consumer credit and debit card transactions.

Cost Differential: 0.50% 

The difference in cost between the qualified rates and higher-cost nonqualified transactions (e.g. rewards, business). Rates are set by Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover® and American Express®.

Each Item: $.25 

This fee is charged each card authorization.  

PCI Administration Fee: $18.80 per quarter

NOTE: Non-compliant merchants are subject to a quarterly administration fee of $28.80, plus an additional $10 monthly non-compliance fee.

Chargebacks: $20 each instance

A $20 card issuer chargeback fee will apply when a payer/customer requests a charge reversal due to duplicate billing, fraud claims or other reasons.
