Lost or Stolen Checks

To report a lost or stolen check, electronic banking users may request a stop payment through Online Banking, or during regular business hours call 800-272-9933, or contact your Banner Bank branch. It will help to have the check number, amount and payee of the last legitimate check written. To protect you from the possibility of future fraudulent activity, it may be necessary to open a new account.

Address Change

To request a change of address, please complete an Address Change Form for each affected account holder. We must receive authorization from each client before the change can be processed.
