The Bank of the Pacific leadership team chose Banner Bank as a merger partner to deliver value to shareholders and expand the resources and capabilities we can offer clients, employees and the communities we serve. Our complementary operating footprints, similar cultures and approaches to serving clients make this merger a great fit.

It is business as usual at all Bank of the Pacific locations until integration the weekend of November 13, 2026. One perk available now is fee-free use of Banner Bank ATMs with your Bank of the Pacific debit card.

On Monday, November 16, 2026, our systems will be merged. Bank of the Pacific branches will be Banner Bank branches, accounts, loans and lines of credit will transition to Banner Bank and online and mobile banking services will move to Banner Online and Mobile Banking. You will have more locations to choose from when doing your banking, additional home loan and merchant services, access to our 24-7 virtual assistant by phone and online banking chat, higher commercial lending limits, and we’ll have additional teammates in the region to serve you.

After careful review, it was determined we will consolidate four Bank of the Pacific branches and one Commercial Banking Center into Banner locations. These locations are in very close proximity—some only blocks apart from one another. The consolidations will occur November 13, and when the receiving Banner Bank branches open on November 16, you will see many of the same friendly faces serving you now at Bank of the Pacific.
