OFFICIAL RULES

SPONSOR: Banner Bank, 10 S First Ave., Walla Walla, WA 99362 (the "Sponsor").

DATES OF PROMOTION: The 2026 "Dream Big with Banner Bank" Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on April 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 8, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"), subject to entry period dates and times as outlined in the ENTRY PERIODS section in these Official Rules. Sponsor's computer shall be the official clock of the Promotion. All Entrants (defined below) must have access to the Internet and an email address in order to enter. Normal Internet, phone and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service provider may apply.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of California, Idaho, Oregon, or Washington who are eighteen (18) years of age or older in their state of residence at the time of entry (the "Entrant"). Directors, officers, and employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their respective parent companies, franchisees, legal counsel, public relations firms, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional, prize fulfillment, and marketing agencies engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Promotion, including but not limited to, National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the "Independent Administrator"), and their respective immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live), or persons living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Promotion is void outside CA, ID, OR, WA and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law. By entering the Promotion, Entrant indicates their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

ENTRY PERIODS: The Promotion Period is subject to four (4) entry periods (each, an "Entry Period"). Each Entry Period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PT and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the start date and end date as outlined below:
 

 
Entrants that submit entries during the applicable Entry Period will be entered into any corresponding Entry Period drawing to be held on or about the corresponding drawing date (the "Drawing Date"). For each Entry Period, there will be a drawing to randomly select one (1) Entry Period Prize Winner (each, an "Entry Period Prize Winner") and each Entry Period Prize Winner will win one (1) Entry Period prize (the "Entry Period Prize"). All non-winning eligible entries from each Entry Period will "rollover" or carry over to subsequent Entry Period drawings. All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period (whether or not such entry won an Entry Period Prize) will be eligible for the drawing to take place on or about September 9, 2026 (or sooner) (the "Grand Prize Drawing") to randomly select one (1) Grand Prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner") and the Grand Prize Winner will win one (1) grand prize (the "Grand Prize").
 
HOW TO ENTER: Limit of one (1) entry per Entrant per calendar day during the Promotion. To enter this Promotion, Entrants must visit www.dreambigwithbannerbank.com (the "Website") and follow the directions to enter this Promotion. Entrants must fully complete and submit all required information on the online entry form to be eligible, including, name, address, city, state, zip, email and phone. Incomplete entries are void. Entrants must come back each calendar day of the Promotion to complete the online entry form to receive one (1) entry per calendar day during the Promotion. Entrants may also enter via the QR code found on Sponsor branded advertising materials. Entrant will scan the QR code using a web-enabled wireless device equipped with a QR code reader app (free to download) to be directed to the Website where you would follow the directions above to enter, provided that no Entrant may receive more than one (1) entry per calendar day during the Promotion. For purposes of this Promotion, each calendar day represents a 24-hour period that begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PT and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the same day.
 
Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by Entrants online service will apply. If Entrant participates from a mobile phone, such activity will be subject to the charges pursuant to their wireless service provider's rate plan. Entrant further understands that by participating via mobile phone, if they are a potential prize winner, the Sponsor may contact them via mobile phone, which will be subject to the charges pursuant to their wireless service provider's rate plan. Please consult wireless service provider for more information. Entrants are solely responsible for any related equipment and Internet access charges, if any.
 
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" means the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential prize winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
 
Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the allowable number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods, including, but not limited to, automated entry, will void all of that Entrant's entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Neither the Sponsor nor the Independent Administrator will verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
 
Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant whose social media account that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Promotion or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein.

DRAWING/ODDS:
Entry Period Drawings: For each Entry Period during the Promotion, one (1) Entry Period Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about the corresponding Drawing Date from among all eligible entries received during that respective Entry Period conducted under the supervision of the Independent Administrator, whose decisions are based on its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules, and are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor and Independent Administrator's decisions are final. Odds of winning any Entry Period Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each Entry Period and subsequent Entry Periods.

Grand Prize Drawing: On or about September 9, 2026 one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of the Independent Administrator, whose decisions are based on its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules, and are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

PRIZES:
Entry Period Prizes: Each Entry Period Prize Winner will receive $2,500 to be awarded in the form of a check or immediately available wire transferred funds. Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Entry Period Prize is $2,500. Total ARV of all Entry Period Prizes is $10,000.00.

Grand Prize: TThe Grand Prize Winner will receive an amount equal to $100,000.00 in immediately available wire transferred funds with an ARV of $100,000. Total ARV of Grand Prize is $100,000.

Total ARV for all prizes available to be awarded in the Promotion is $110,000.00.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: There is a limit of one (1) Entry Period Prize per person/household for the entire Promotion and one (1) Grand Prize per person/household for the entire Promotion. No transfer or substitution of any prize is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any part of a prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen portion of a prize. No more than the number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.

PRIZE NOTIFICATION/CLAIM: Potential prize winners will be notified by the Independent Administrator via email or any other available contact source provided at the time of entry within five (5) days from the drawing date (the "Notification"). Potential prize winner will also receive a "Congratulations" telephone call from a representative from Banner Bank explaining to the potential winner that they have been randomly selected as a potential winner and what next steps need to be taken to finalize the prize. In the event the Independent Administrator cannot reach the potential prize winner via the Notification, the potential prize winner does not respond by the date indicated within the Notification, the potential prize winner does not return all Required Documents (as defined below) by the date indicated within the Notification, or if it is determined by the Independent Administrator/Sponsor, in their sole discretion, that the potential prize winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified (without compensation of any kind) and an alternate prize winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Promotion Period or Entry Period(s), depending on the prize, and he/she will be notified as outlined above, time permitting. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the applicable prize will remain unawarded.

Except where prohibited, prize winner must sign and return to the Independent Administrator, within the date and time indicated in the Notification, an "Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release" and IRS form W-9 (collectively, the "Required Documents") in order to claim any prize. If a potential prize winner fails to sign and return the Required Documents within the required time period, the potential prize winner forfeits his/her right to the prize and an alternate prize winner will be selected at random from among all remaining nonwinning eligible entries received during the Promotion Period or Entry Period(s), depending on the prize, time permitting. The value associated with the prize is taxable as income and the prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the prize. If required by applicable law, the Sponsor (or third party acting on its behalf) must report the value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service in the year the prize is received by the prize winner and will be reported to the prize winner and the Internal Revenue Service in the form of a Form 1099. In the event it is deemed during the verification process that the potential prize winner refuses to provide a validly executed W-9 or does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor (or third party acting on its behalf) to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the prize, potential prize winner will be disqualified, and another prize winner will be selected as outlined above. Valid social security numbers or other valid taxpayer identification numbers will be determined by IRS requirements. Each entrant acknowledges that federal and state reporting and withholding laws are subject to change without notice, that the information contained in this paragraph was applicable as of the time of printing of these Official Rules, and that Sponsor will not be liable for any change in the applicable laws or interpretations of the applicable laws.

RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANT: By entering this Promotion and receiving any prize hereunder, you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and prize winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Promotion, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree: (a) to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects relating to the Promotion, including without limitation the interpretation of these Official Rules; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Independent Administrator, their affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, franchisees, licensees, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Promotion (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all direct or indirect injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind, whether caused by negligence or not, from Entrant's entry, participation or receipt of any prize in the Promotion, including, but not limited to: (i) liability for personal injury or death resulting from their participation in the Promotion or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize, including any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, (ii) technical, mechanical, printing or typographical errors or failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software, and inaccurate capture of registration information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized electronic or human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (vi) any claims based on publicity rights, copyright/trademark infringement, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. If, for any reason, an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed, corrupted or for any other reason not accepted as an entry in the Promotion, Entrant's sole remedy is to enter the Promotion again and to receive another entry, unless it is not possible to enter due to the date of discontinuance or the Promotion ending. In the event that Entrant breaches any of these Official Rules or related agreements, Released Parties shall be entitled to and may seek indemnification, to the extent permitted by law, from Entrant for recovery of all losses (including reasonably attorneys' fees) that may be incurred by Released Parties as a result of the aforementioned breach. All Promotion materials are subject to verification and are void if: (1) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels; (2) any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way; (3) are obtained where prohibited; or (4) are mutilated, altered, copied, hand printed, forged, water damaged, manipulated or tampered with in any way, or which contain any printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for the prize.

Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Independent Administrator or is in default of any agreement with Sponsor. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. If, for any reason whatsoever, the Promotion, in Sponsor's sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, fraud, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor's sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, and conduct a random drawing from those eligible entries for which only the advertised number of prizes will be selected.

DISPUTES: THIS PROMOTION AND THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF STATE OF WASHINGTON, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in Spokane, Washington; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

INFORMATION/PRIVACY POLICY: By entering the Promotion, each Entrant authorizes and consents to the collection, use, processing, storage, and distribution of all data provided by Entrant to Sponsor, including his or her personal information (information that identifies an Entrant as an individual, name, email address, and date of birth) in the United States, or, to the extent permitted by law, any location(s) throughout the world that the Sponsor deems necessary, whether within Entrant's country of residence or elsewhere, by the Sponsor and Independent Administrator for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Promotion. Sponsor will use all Entrant information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available here https://www.bannerbank.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor will only use Entrant's personal information to: (a) provide information about the Promotion; (b) contact and publicize potential prize winners; and/or (c) if an Entrant selects to receive additional information from the Sponsor, to send additional information to that Entrant during or after the Promotion Period. Entrants to the Promotion may be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from the Sponsor; however, eligibility to participate in the Promotion is not dependent upon Entrant's consent to receive such e-mails. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data the Sponsor requests to be eligible for this Promotion. Entrants have the right to withdraw and correct their personal data in accordance with applicable law, but Entrants are not allowed to re-submit their entries for additional entries in the Promotion.
