- Up to 60 month repayment period for unsecured loans
- Up to 120 month repayment period for Home Equity secured loans
Borrower Eligibility:
- Available to residents of Whatcom, Skagit and San Juan counties
- Borrowers must have been impacted by flood, and funds must be used to repair, rebuild, replace, or provide assistance to impacted families
- Maximum 50% debt-to-income, subject to approval
