What is online banking?

Banner Online Banking lets you do your banking quickly and securely—anytime, anywhere. You have immediate access to business and personal financial information any time, day or night. You can pay bills, transfer money, view eStatements, do your banking from the convenience of your home, laptop and more.

How much does it cost?

There is no charge for Online Banking. 

What exactly can I do in online banking?

  • View balances, transfer money, and set-up email alerts
  • View, search for, print, or save images of cleared checks
  • Stop payment on checks and send secure messages to Banner Bank customer service
  • Choose when to pay, who to pay and how to pay
  • Change payment amounts and payment dates

eStatements

What are eStatements?

Electronic account notices. You can receive all checking, savings, and loan statements and most deposit account notices via email. No more waiting for your monthly bank statement to come in the regular mail.

Signing up for eStatements is easy. The first step is to enroll in Online Banking.

Once you’ve enrolled, you can sign up for eStatements in less than a minute. Here’s how:

  1. Login to Online Banking
  2. Click on the E-Docs tab
  3. Confirm your email address
  4. Enter the enrollment passcode
  5. Accept the Terms and Conditions and click Enroll Now

What is Banner Online Bill Pay?

It’s a feature of online banking that lets you pay your recurring or one time only bills online. Paying bills online saves time, money and stamps.

How does Online Bill Pay work?

The first step is to sign up for Banner Online Banking.

Once that’s done, you can set up your payments to go automatically every month, and avoid unnecessary late fees and interest charges. Choose when to pay, who to pay and how to pay, and change payment amounts and payment dates when you need to.

How much does Online Bill Pay cost?

It’s free for personal accounts only. If you’re a business, contact your relationship manager for details.

Snapshot Deposit®

What is Snapshot Deposit®?

It’s a way for you to deposit money into your Banner Bank account through our mobile banking app.

There’s no need to travel to a branch or an ATM. You can make your deposit in the comfort of your home, at the office, or anywhere your mobile device has access to the internet.

How does Snapshot Deposit work?

Easy!

  1. Enroll in ‘Mobile Banking’ through Banner Online Banking
  2. Make sure you have the most recent iPhone® or Android™ mobile banking smartphone app installed
  3. Click the ‘Deposits’ icon

To make a deposit:

  • Login to mobile banking
  • Tap the ‘Deposits’ icon
  • Endorse the back of the check
  • Tap ‘Check Front’ and take a picture
  • Tap ‘Check Back’ and take a picture
  • Enter the ‘Check Amount’
  • Select the account to deposit to
  • Tap ‘Deposit Check’

Will Snapshot Deposits show up in my account right away?

Snapshot Deposits made before 6:00pm Pacific time Monday – Friday will be credited to your account the same day and can be viewed in online and mobile banking the next business day.

Snapshot Deposits made after 6:00pm Pacific time, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be credited to your account the following business day and can be viewed in online and mobile banking the second business day.

How many Snapshot Deposits can I do in a day?

There are limits:

  • Number per day: 3
  • Number per month: 15
  • Amount per day: $2,500
  • Amount per month: $10,000
