Supporting the Dream of Homeownership and Successful Home Builders

We enthusiastically support the dreams of homeowners and homebuilders in several ways, including attending and sponsoring related community events across our footprint. Whether people are building new or giving their home a refresh, we’re out celebrating creativity and offering resources to help them create the home of their dreams. Here are a few of the recent events and activities our team members have been part of:

Sparking ideas among homeowners and builders at home shows

Home shows are an opportunity to inspire and connect with first-time homeowners and soon-to-be ones. Our team had a great time greeting attendees and talking mortgages at the 2024 Building North Central Washington Home Show in Wenatchee.

The Skagit/Island Counties Builders Association Home & Garden Show in Mt. Vernon, Washington offered us a similar opportunity. For more than 40 years, it’s been the largest home & garden show for the two counties. We were proud to be a sponsor, too. We also attended the Southern Oregon Home Show in Medford, the Auburn Home & Harvest Fest in Northern California and the Homeownership Made Easy Home Show in Los Angeles.

Homes you can walk through, walls you can feel

Parade of homes events offer a great way to inspire potential homebuyers by showcasing design and construction trends. We gladly returned as premier sponsor of the Home Builders Association Parade of Homes in Tri-Cities, Washington, which featured 11 homes attendees could tour—among them were homes built by our clients. As a longtime sponsor, we were proud to return, supporting local builders, subcontractors and suppliers. We also sponsored the North Idaho Building Contractors Association Parade of Homes in Coeur d’Alene in support of the region’s leading builders and architects.

Turning homeownership dreams into reality

Navigating how to buy a home or finance a major remodel can feel daunting. That’s why we’re committed to being a source of information and guidance. So far in 2024, we’ve hosted nearly 300 free homebuyer workshops. We also share what we know at events like the 27th Annual Faith and Community Empowerment Homeownership Fair in Southern California and the 25th Annual African American Alliance for Homeownership Fair in Portland.
