When you apply online, you’ll create a secure, personal dashboard account to serve as your application hub. From this dashboard, you can track the status of applications, see any steps you need to take, and review and download disclosures. This dashboard will also retain many of the details you enter, speeding up the process if you apply for another product.

Minors (age 12-17) are eligible to be an account owner if a parent or guardian (age 18 and older) is also an owner on the account. All account owners have full rights to withdraw, deposit and transfer funds.

Surcharges assessed by non-Banner ATMs will be reimbursed by Banner Bank to client account. When using ATMs outside the U.S., there is a 1.10% Currency Conversion fee, which is based on the U.S. dollar amount. If you plan to use your Banner Bank debit card when traveling internationally, please notify us before you travel so we can adjust card restrictions.
